Official Washington County criminal records must come from the government office that created or maintains them. The contacts below route sheriff reports and booking questions to the Lexington Boulevard records counter, and filed court cases to the Clerk of District Court in downtown Washington.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Use the custodian that holds the Washington County record:
